How long will delivery take after I've placed my order?

We aim to despatch all of our bikes the same day that the order is received (Monday to Friday) and if there is a delay then we will contact you by email with an estimated delivery date. Delivery is usually within 1-2 days with our reliable courier service.

Can I have my order delivered to another address?

This is fine. We are happy to despatch bikes to another address if this is more convenient. Please include this in an email to us with your order number.

I need my order by a certain date. Can you do this?

Please contact us with your requirements. We are happy to help and will ensure that your order leaves within the best possible time to arrive on a certain date.

Can I track my delivery?

We can provide full details of your consignment number and ways to track this with our courier which include over the telephone and online.

What if my order has parts missing or damaged

The majority of our goods are delivered in excellent condition but we do accept that in a small number of cases, that damage may occur on-route. All of our products are checked before they leave us to ensure that they are in the best condition. If any parts are missing or damaged then please contact us and we can send replacement parts to you.
