Shipping and Handling |
We ship items Monday - Friday every week using our reliable couriers.
Order by 2pm during these days for same day despatch (as long as the item is in stock.)
If the item is currently out of stock we will contact you via email with an approximate delivery date or other options.
Delivery is normally within 1-2 days after dispatch to the Mainland UK and within 3-4 days to offshore and remote locations.
Our standard postage cost is for delivery to the UK Mainland ONLY. This excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man & any offshore destinations. We can deliver to these areas but extra delivery costs will be incurred. Please add the item to your basket to view the delivery options.
Due to security reasons, we cannot deliver to BFPO addresses. |

Returns |
All of our products come with a year's manufacturer's guarantee.
If any parts are missing, faulty, or develop a fault during the 12 month guarantee period, we will send out replacements free of charge, so long as they are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Any labour/fitting charges are the responsibility of the customer. |
